How to Place an Order
To ensure you receive the most accurate shipping cost, all orders are processed through our Freight Quote system.
1. Add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
2. Submit your order as a Freight Quote Request.
3. Our team will calculate the shipping cost and update your cart, typically within one business day.
4. You will receive an email when your freight quote is ready.
5. Click the link in the email, review the shipping charge in your shopping cart, then accept the freight quote and click ‘Pay Now’ to complete your order.
6. Once payment is received (or your purchase order is approved for authorized open-term accounts), your order will be processed and shipped promptly.
This process ensures you receive an accurate freight charge before completing your purchase.
